Delivery and collection

Home delivery is limited to Eircodes starting with W12, R51, W23, R14, W91, K78, D22, or D24. Checkout checks the routing key, the first three characters of the Eircode, and stops delivery if the address is outside that list. Any other Eircode can use click and collect.

You choose a delivery date from tomorrow onward. Same-day home delivery is not available. The date you choose is the date we aim to deliver. It is not a timed one-hour slot.

Delivery is €3.99. It is free when the goods in your basket reach €35.00. The order summary shows the fee that applies to your basket before you pay. Click and collect has no fee. Prices are in euro and include any VAT that applies.

You can choose a collection date from today through the next two weeks. Bring the name and phone number used at checkout so the counter can match the order.

Please collect on the date you chose. If you cannot, contact us on +353 89 454 1692 or hyvegrocery@gmail.com before that day. We hold an uncollected perishable order for 1 day. We hold any other uncollected order for 3 days.

Give a full address, Eircode, and a phone number we can use on the day. Add access notes if the driver needs them, such as a building name or a request to ring. Someone should be available to receive food that needs refrigeration or that you would not want left outside.

If we cannot complete the delivery because nobody is available, or the address or access details are not enough, we will phone the number on the order. We may have to arrange another attempt.

We do not swap in a different product. If something is out of stock, we remove it and refund what you paid for it. See the terms for how that affects a delivery charge.

We accept card payments through Stripe. You can see that, together with the delivery limit, before you start the order and again immediately before you pay.
